Healthcare Plus Federal Credit Union is a member-owned financial cooperative. We are committed to providing our members with financial products and services to meet their needs and help them attain their financial goals. The initial notice will be delivered with statements for quarter end March 31, 2001. Disclosures will be given to all new members opening accounts after that date. An updated privacy policy disclosure will be given annually to all current members.

IV. USA Patriot Act
Healthcare Plus Federal Credit Union is helping the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities. Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
